Fiesta Loca

Fiesta Loca restaurant features many of the family recipes that owner German Duran has enjoyed since his boyhood. His wife, Jill, will assist him in “bringing a little bit of Mexico to Hudson.” Head chef Santiago Alcala, also a native of Jalisco, grew up in the restaurant business and brings all his family’s recipes, too!

The menu features 74 reasonably priced entrees, including: chicken, beef, pork and seafood burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, tacos, chimichangas, quesadillas and more. Most entrees are priced between $8 and $9. We also have a few American selections such as cheeseburgers, French fries and chicken strips.

Whether you have a taste for appetizers or desserts, we have a complete selection. The desserts include specialties like deep-fried ice cream and bionicos (fresh strawberries, bananas and apples with a sweet sauce).

Fiesta Loca offers a weekday luncheon special between 11AM and 2:30PM. The lunch menu includes 15 items priced between $5.25 to $7.25.
